USThe place was filthy, no toilet paper, couldn't find towels at first as they were left in the dryer, food left in the refrigerator, a dirty sock was behind the door with obvious signs it had been a long time!! When the cleaning crew came in on the apartment below us were very loud and mentioned drug paraphernalia then the new tenants moved in and were even louder!
USI had regular contact via text and call with Glassy, who was helpful:) Heat worked good. Washer & dryer worked well. Met a wonderful neighbor downstairs!
Apt was not cleaned before I arrived (cleaner did show 2 days later). No desk to work at. No table to eat food at. No hangars for clothes. Several outlets don't work so one cannot charge their phone where they want. Bathtub hasn't been cleaned in a long time (bathtub ring). Too many confusing emails before guest arrives-even after guest completes portal. Gap under front door allows insects, hot and cold air to enter freely. This site would only accept 5 photos and I have many more that people should see☹️
