Nice, spacious Apartment with a lovely, helpful Host. Bed room with access to the green terrasse is the highlight!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment which we found 100 percent suited for our family.:) Great advantage of the garage!:) Convenient location close to the park. Everything clean and tidy. Coffee provided to kick off the day. Very comfortable bed.smooth and easy communication with the owner.

It was very easy to obtain the lock code. They key code came in an email and a WhatsApp message. It was east to use. and worked every time. We loved the apartment. Spacious and comfy rooms. A well appointed kitchen makes dining in possible and easy. Great bathroom with a real washer and dryer. The huge bedroom has a wardrobe and a dreamy king sized bed. The bedroom has three sets of double doors that open to a private garden. The apartment is within a five minute walk to the beautiful Orange park, 10 minutes driving to almost anywhere in the city, and the heart of Groningen is only a 15 minute walk away. We look forward to staying again the next time we overnight in Groningen!

Location is alright, it's on a quieter street so there's not a lot of traffic. The parking mentioned is a garage next to the property, so you'll have a spot reserved at all times. The only problem is that it's quite narrow, so if you drive a bigger car chances are you won't be able to fit. The house itself is as described, a bit on the older side but there's a full kitchen, a giant bedroom and a living/dining room. It also has a backyard with space for maybe 6 people.

It's not exactly maintained as best as it could be. Things need a new coat of paint, a good cleaning/scrubbing, that kind of things. It's nothing major, but it would make the overall feel of the place that much better. The key pad for the front door is all worn out, the instructions to use it are clear but most of the buttons lost their numbers a long time ago so you have to guess which one is 'power'. No doorbell, so knocking is the only option.

Location is good. Close to city center and train station Groningen Noord. Close to the park Noorderplantsoen and supermarket Jumbo and other shops. Great coffee sandwiches and cake at Bij Roel which is within walking distance in the city center.

The odd painting in the bedroom. And there is a bit of a musty smell.
