Great situation, right in centre of Lancaster. Lovely welcome pack. Beds super comfortable

The property was a bit drafty and the heaters didn’t get hot so we were a bit cold during our stay. Communication could have been better regarding entry arrangements

Everything was perfect. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable and clean. The location is in the heart of Lancaster and everything you need is 2 minutes away.

No shower, only a bath.

Significantly spacious, with an upper floor, with a nice new kitchen and a large luxurious lounge with smart TV. Bedrooms downstairs are lovely and calm. Super great!

New, safe, Clean, and it requires only a few seconds to city center markets and bus stop. Staff, Mr. Calvin, is a very nice and helpful person.

"Really easy to get to not far from where we were going if we come to Lancaster again we would book again"

Would have liked a walk in shower as we have problems climbing in the bath wi-fi was an issue very weak

We had a great time over new year staying in this lovely apartment. It’s really spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect! The property is well equipped with a Nespresso machine, dressing gowns, and a welcome package with bread, milk etc.

We loved everything!
