Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Studio. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin per WhatsApp. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

The initial brilliant and clear communication from the lady via WhatsApp. Great instructions and friendly attitude. The property itself was well designed, clean inside, and spotless.

On arrival I was surprised to find 2 contractors sanding, painting and fixing walls all stound the property. When opening the door a chemical smell of cleaning product as well as paint and construction smell was overwhelming. I immediately opened windows just to find contraction workers staring through the widows at me while I was changing into comfortable clothes. I had to close the blinds and windows for privacy. The contractors were loud while working but also had a radio playing loud music and they were talking loud, using crude and foul language. I wanted to.lie down after a long road trip but had to leave the property to find headache medication. On my return they were still hard at work and I sent the lady a WhatsApp message asking how long the construction will continue and also said, had I know about this I would not have booked the property. Suddenly I received no reply. I then contacted the second contact number. The call was answer with a "hello ". My first encounter with Jaco. His telephone etiquette was appalling. He immediately accused me of not spending a message about the construction. I tried to explain i used the same number as before. He then said he had no idea what I was talking about and which property I was referring to. It was asif the man though he owned a proper portfolio and was unsure of which one I was talking about. His second reaction was immediately saying he think it best to cancel the booking and refund my money in full. I agreed. In 41 years of international travel I have never encountered such an arrogant and rude owner. I have never ever left a negative review in 41 years, but this individual's lack of people skills and entitled behaviour is distasteful. He clearly lacks the experience of travel standards and problem solving. I could list many accusations and terrible comments the man made but that is immaterial.
