The Cheltenham, stylish 1-bed Victorian apartment

The location was excellent for access from the railway station and to the conference centre, and with handy shops nearby (eg M&S) to buy a few groceries. The first time I've stayed in a flat for a conference rather than being in hotel and I found it so much more relaxing to have my own space to come home to, and room to live and make my own breakfast.

The shower was slightly underpowered (not a big issue). The access to the property, in the dark, at night, could feel a bit unsafe eg for a lone female. I think it IS actually very safe, but I could imagine concerns in that respect.

Peaceful, comfortable, convenient

Great location right in the centre of town.

Parking situation for property is not ideal as although we have a pass its not always easy to find a space. However due to great location you don't need your car if staying for just a weekend. 10 minute walk finds good free parking.

Whole layout is so well designed, stylish and comfortable. It was a convenient and self-indulgent stay for a three day conference. Shower is so practically designed and clean; kitchen well appointed beyond my specific needs.

The only things that were less than ideal were the light bulbs. One in the kitchen flickering which I thought I’d sorted by climbing on a chair then recurred; also the light above the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work. Trivial things. I wasn’t clear where to put the recycling.

Fabulous stylish apartment in a very central location. Easy access to trains & bars & restaurants. Really comfortable bed & great shower. Highly recommend

Great location. Quirky apartment. Clean and nicely decorated with plenty of space. Good communication with the owners.

I personally struggle a little with the bathroom not on the same floor as the bedroom.

Beautiful , spacious apartment in an excellent location . We had the most wonderful stay in Harrogate ; the apartment had everything we needed .

Location fantastic very clean apartment, prestige bed linen. Great size flat everything there you need and lovely shower. East access and clear instructions from host. Can’t wait to stay again!

The back gate could more secure and bottom step is a bit warped nothing that isn’t a quick fix and doesn’t affect your stay.
