I like the apartment just like how booking described the place. 2 bedroom apartment and I got a two bedroom apartment. Everything is complete even the coffee, towels and bedding’s are there, you can change the pillow cases, bed sheets towels everyday if you want. Super clean.

Nothing!!!

The apartment was in a nice, quiet area conveniently close to a tram station, making it easy to get around Hiroshima. It was very clean, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. We appreciated the air conditioning, comfortable shower, and well-equipped full kitchen. The space was ample and comfortably accommodated all four of us.

One drawback was the presence of four large steps at the main entrance, which made carrying luggage a bit challenging. There was no ramp or alternative access, so it might be inconvenient for anyone with mobility issues.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful! Great location, right next to the tram, 10 minutes from the station.

Location was good for transport, right by a tram line. But it was a bit of a food desert in terms of places to eat. The facility itself was great. Spacious by Japanese standards, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Also had elevator access. Good value for money. Great being on one level. No steep stairs to navigate at night.

Couldn't find dishwasher detergent, No dish towel for drying dishes. Need clearer more detailed instructions for the washing machine. A few hooks or more bars for towels in the bathroom would be better.
