The property is close to all attractions and easy to find. You will find everything you need in the property to cook and do some laundry.

The accommodation is not far from the station. Check-in was easy with an access code.

The accommodation is poorly maintained. Some furniture was broken. The floor was dirty with dust and hair.

Everything was incredibly clean, thoughtfully prepared, and so well organized . The apartment is surprisingly spacious and cozy, and the bed was honestly the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on. We didn’t want to leave! The location is also perfect — right in the heart of downtown and close to everything you might need or want to explore. On the morning we left, we had the pleasure of briefly meeting the owner. He’s such a kind and genuine person, and that short exchange left a lasting impression on us. We’ll remember this stay with so much warmth and hope to return one day!

Apartment is very well equipped, has everything you need from soap and shampoo to kitchen appliances. The tatami rooms are large and comfortable.

The accommodation is spacious and especially like the separate living and dining area. The tatami flooring is truly a Japanese experience. Good value and location.

There's no elevator so you gotta carry your luggage up the stairs. We're lucky to be on the second floor only. Also, soundproofing is slightly below average but luckily the surrounding area are not noisy. Ample towels provided but some aren't washed clean.

Hospitality and staff response

1.Not having towel stand near bathroom washbasin 2. Not having table stand in corner of room to keep wallet, mobile and other stuff 3. Not having small chair in bathroom to use while bathing

The location and the traditional Japanese style was nice.

Could use some AC in the bathroom and kitchen area. We were comfortable otherwise.

Location and ambience

Good location 15 mins walk from main train station. In a quite neighbourhood, but close to the shopping/restaurant streets. Very spacious apartment with lots of amenities including a washing machine. Price was very reasonable and good communication from the host before check in.
