Clean and exceptionally well maintained stay.

the apartment was spacious, very clean with complete amenities. situated securely in a gated compound, on a quiet lane, off the main road. very short walk to the metro station, which is also conveniently connected to the mall. The lady who received us was very welcoming, we got helped with our luggages from Latif. appreciate that they kept the stairs very clean. Housekeeping (Latif & Bulbul) were very responsive. kitchen items were complete and fully accesible, with fridge, microwave and stove, kettle and toaster. Overall, this is place is a gem in Hyderabad. food/groceries delivery service delivers all the way to our door on 3rd floor.

The 2 bedrooms apartment was with 1 bathroom (shower +toilet), inconvenietly ensuite in one of the bedroom. there is a separate common toilet only outside both bedroom. it is on 3rd floor without lift, but the staff are helpful. the entire apartment is not sound proof, luckily it is not on a busy street, but still you can hear the traffic and construction outside. check out time was early at 10am, so we have to pay extra to leave later.

The ambiance is good and clean

Nice location, easily accessible. Cleanliness. Felt like home.
