Location, comfort and all the basic amenities you need. Coffee and sugar was available including other cooking necessities - overall a lovely place

The laundry machine was quite dirty so we needed to spend a half hour cleaning it before use. The waste disposal area is a health hazard as there were broken mirrors, glass and random waste bags lying around before you could even get to the bins further inside the basement. When you got to the rubbish disposal area, it was filled with bird waste and pigeons have taken up residence in there. I would recommend for future clients that the owners have the cleaning crew take rubbish down to that area so guests have no idea of it should it be a problem with other residents in the block.

cozy apartment in a great location

The apartment is very cozy and nicely furnished, in the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare small meals. Wifi worked well and reliably. The host is easy to reach and very kind. The kitchen, the bedroom, and the bathroom were clean. The keys could be picked up contactless. The apartment is located near the city center.

Faucets could be labeled to make it clear which water is drinkable and which is not. The use of hot water leads to noise from the boiler in the living room, which we also used for sleeping. Grout in the bathroom could be renewed. The garbage room in the basement and the way to it are unfortunately a bit disgusting. In the neighboring building, a loud fan ran permanently all night (probably due to construction work).
