Adorable private suite with free street parking

Easy parking, amazing staff that was very happy to help, great location, bed was really comfortable, very clean, it has everything you need, bathroom was really clean and modern, highly recommend 😀

Lovely hosts ...Great location...perfect for what we needed.

The property was lovely and clean, very comfy bed and lovely owners. Came with fresh towels the day off, fresh bedding and place to hang clothes etc. There was a kettle, tea bags and coffee included. The bathroom was clean and provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was a lovely surprise.

The wifi was good on phones but struggled with the TV as we had to connect to hotspot on phone. And the tea/coffee area didn’t have any milk, there was coffee mate but possibly some mille sachets/milk cups would have been good.

The room was easily a cessible, clean and the owner and wife were really lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was great.

Just a tiny niggle. I stayed on a night where it was 30 degrees in the day. So the room was hot. I travel with my own fan, which is good. Maybe a small fan in hot weather would be good. However, this is splitting hairs.

Location is ok

Hardly was able to find car parking space in the street when told hussle free street parking. There was no garden view in fact some back yard no roses flowers or trees. It is not 1 bedroom apartment but small room with tiny extension for toilet and shower no sitting area or kitchen as described. The most I hated no door for toilet as we were friends one of us had to go out when the other using the toilet. The picture of room seemed like a large space or 1 bedroom apartment but only one door for it and the other for a storage area.

Lovely little place, quirky and homely, definitely adorable! In the hosts' garden, but with a separate side entrance. Very friendly welcome and a phone call as we were leaving. Hosts seem like very nice people. The most comfortable bed ever, and everything super clean! There were tea and coffee facilities, shower gel, shampoo etc provided and I felt like the hosts had tried to think of everything their guests might need...and succeeded. We walked into Leicester centre, an enjoyable 30 minute stroll, and got a taxi back at the end of the night. There was free street parking as promised. Can't fault it.
