El anfitrión no se puso en contacto con nosotros para comunicarnos donde estaban las llaves. El apartamento no era el que estaba en la reserva. Nos dieron otro en el que estaban en obras fuera y había un fuerte olor a disolvente y decapante escasez de menaje ni una mesa para comer. La nevera estaba rota no había cubiertos para todos ni platos para todos. Se lo dijimos a la anfitrión, pero ni se dió a aparecer, ni a darnos una solución. Tuvimos que coger cosas de otros apartamentos en los que la gente se acababa de ir. Además, el último día van y nos ponen un andamio delante de la puerta. Teníamos que pasar a agachados para poder salir.

No housekeeping done, no information on how to check in. Calling the phone number on the booking was not the owner of the property, the kind gentlemen who answered ended up switching the accommodation for us to a spare room he had. The actual owner of the accomodation would not answer the phone. The apartment had dirty towels, dirty laundry, rubbish everywhere, dirty toilet and smelled of new paint. Do not recommend anyone to book this place, by far the worst booking I have ever had and do not wish my experience upon anyone

• Poor Communication & Check-in Process: I received no check-in instructions or door codes via the booking app. I had to make local call just to get basic access information, which was highly inconvenient. • Inaccurate Location: The location pinned on the map was incorrect, making it very difficult to find the property. • Safety & Security Concerns: The accommodation felt unsafe. The glass on the door was loose, and the door lock was broken. This is a major security risk that needs immediate attention. • Lack of Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned. I was appalled to find used shoes from a previous guest left right next to the bed.

這次入住的房子是提供給四個住客居住，但是熱水不足夠，如果四個住客連續沖涼，第四位住客無熱水；過了入住時間，仍未通知客人房間號碼，要住客打電話問旅館職員；衣櫃爛左，窗戶開關爛左，關不了窗
