The apartment is not big. It's not small either. It' perfect. It has all you need an much more. We chose it first of all for the sauna, and the sauna delivered. The bathroom is small, but the shower is big and really a good compliment to the sauna experience. The living room has a small, but well furbished kitchen, and a couch facing a big TV, that offers a lot of channels to watch. Altogether a nice place to stay... It is situated in the center of Duga Resa. A short walk from everything, including the train station, that can get you quickly and cheaply to Karlovac.

The mattress might need replacement; it's a bit concave. Otherwise nothing much to report in this part of the review.

Very nice hosts, they were waiting for us although we arrived after 10 p.m. Quite location, parking place next to the property. Clean and cozy apartment with everything you need plus sauna as bonus. :-) We definitely recommend it! Thank You for Your hospitality.

Very nice owners. We got a welcome drink. Very beautiful and clean apartment with all we need. In the kitchen, there are tea, coffee, cappuccino , sugar, etc. Our children were happy with the toys in the apartment. We appreciated the availability of indoor slippers. There is a park along the river. There is a big supermarket nearby and a couple of restaurants. Parking near entrance.

Very nice apartment , close to Karlovac. Host is very helpful and kind. We get welcome drink and nice letter. There is sauna in apartment so you can use it if you like it

The equipment is excellent. Interior design very fancy. You've got everything you need - even sauna. The host is kind and hospitable. 😍

The contact with the hosts was super, the apartment exceeded my expectations. I needed place to sleep for one night on my way from Dubrovnik to Münich, and it was perfect. The apartment was well equipped, had everything we needed. The hosts have really thought of everything!! Super clean, super comfy beds and super WiFi.

The only problem - and this had nothing to do with the apartment - was the drive there from the Autobahn. It was getting dark and it was raining and the street from Novigrad to Duga Resa was a bit of a challenge. I would recommend approaching the apartment via Karlovac instead of Novigrad.
