"175€ pour une horrible nuit, une arnaque!"

L'emplacement pas très loin de l'aéroport nord de Tenerife

Les codes d'accès au portail et à la chambre ne nous ont pas ete communiqué assez tôt. Nous sommes restés plus de 45 min dehors sous la pluie et la tempête. Une fois dans la chambre la ventilation faisait un bruit de tracteur à cause du vent; ce qui nous a empêché de dormir, la pluie s'infiltrait par les fenêtres qui n'étaient pas étanches (il y avait une belle flaque d'eau dans la chambre) et il faisait très froid dans la chambre car le seul petit radiateur ne suffisait pas à réchauffer la pièce. Le souvenir dune nuit horrible à 175€ la nuit. Le personnel booking nous avait assuré un dédommagement de 68 € mais ca fait plus d'un mois et nous n'avons pas perçu 1 centime.

Todo en general

El termo de agua caliente debería ser más grande o tener una caldera centralizada, no se puede llenar la bañera del todo con agua caliente y luego si la llenas ya no tienes agua caliente por un tiempo
