Good, clean apartment with beach and good restaurants within 50 meters. Some children facilities, shops and bus station is also very close.

Impossible to park nearby. Had to park about 1.5km from the place (fortunately there is a parking app, so don't have to deal with parking tickets every day). It's also possible to stop nearby (on yellow line) for a short time to throw bags in/out. Sometimes electricity gets cut off, if you turn on hairdrier along with conditioner or wahing machine and then have to crawl on the stairs in the dark to main switch, which is near house front door.
