Sehr unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeber. Betten waren aus unserer Sicht sehr bequem. Alles war sehr sauber. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Würden jederzeit gerne wieder dort übernachten.

The only good thing was the proximity to the sea.

This apartment is a clear case of expectations vs. reality. We expected to have a place with a beautiful sea view, but in fact, we got an apartment located right next to the road and the railway. It’s very hard to sleep when the windows of both bedrooms face the road and trains start running early in the morning. Also, this was the only apartment we rented in Sicily where, besides the agreed payment, we were asked to pay an additional €100 deposit and €12 tax upon arrival. When we said we didn’t want to pay any extra fees that hadn’t been mentioned before, they caused a scene and even threatened to call the police. The furniture in the apartment is very old, and in the room with two beds, the beds are practically falling apart — the place definitely needs renovation. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this apartment. There are far too many downsides, especially the location and the staff. There are plenty of other options in the city where the price actually matches the quality.
