Location being close to where I needed to conduct my work The bed was comfortable and the pillows soft

There was no water for drinking as I did not know if the water was drinkable. The Shower water was cold and there was no hot water for the basin There were ants in the kettle

There was no information pamphlet about the unit and available facilities Could not access wifi, the decorder remote didn't work Dark grey towels
