The location is great

Better in person than it is in the photos would stay again

Everything was brilliant

The location of the property was ideal and easily walkable into town. The bedrooms were very clean and ample space Living room and dining room was decorated well and had great facilities. Good communications either the renters

The outside of the property was very scruffy and uninviting. The crockery in the kitchen was not good. There were no folks, not enough plates and dishes. The cooker was very dirty and the trays in the oven was dirty. The bathroom needs a revamp it’s very outdated and has mould in it. The bathroom door doesn’t lock

Plenty of bedrooms

Location was above a kebab shop, which was on a one way street with only room for one car to park officially, the kebab shop had fluorescent lighting permanently on and blinds did not cover all of the windows, did not appreciate them chopping up food at 3 am for over an hour. Every floor board squeaked really loudly, bathroom door did not shut, all the furniture was made out of pallets with rough wood everywhere, kitchen door was hanging off, not enough cutlery for us all to eat together, cooker had a solid piece of metal as the shelve which heated up so hot it was dangerous, screws on window seal and door thresholds not screwed in so people kept on standing on them. Fridge door opened the wrong way so very difficult to use the fridge due to lack of room. Freezer had left over food in it and was frosted up so could not even open some of the drawers. To access the front door you need to go up two external flights of stairs which was not detailed so two of our party were disabled so this was very difficult

The property was rental only but there was a supply of tea, coffee, milk and sugar to make us feel at home on arrival. The owner of the cafe beneath the property was helpful and obliging when asked for advice and the food was great, hot and priced right, always good to be able to grab a bite and take it into the property without having to cook. A taxi to the city centre (UBER) was only £7.00, the pier head is within walking distance. A short drive to China Town and excellent food, the Cavern and Mathew Street a 25 min walk away and the best selection of art galleries, museums, theatres and pubs you are ever likely to find in one place. Back at the property there is plenty of space for everyone with a spacious community room and a drinking shed style bar and all decorated with a nautical theme. There is a choice of shower room, single toilet or full bathroom, in short, bath the way you like to. The kitchen has almost all you will ever need to be the perfect host/hostess.

It would be hard to be very critical as we were extremely happy with the full package but, we did find it rather awkward trying to share one fork between 6 people, a revamped cutlery box would make good, better. The beds were clean and comfortable, the heating was warm and effective, towels were supplied in plenty and there was a great big telly or two. The internet however couldn't be found but, in today's society, we all have adequate data on the old mobile.
