Hanwell House

It was a great location to anfield stadium. The host was helpful. The beds were clean, mattress was nice. WiFi, parking and tv working. We got the checkout time wrong as we thought it was 10 and he was helpful and let us stay a bit longer so I will say he was helpful with that.

It was very dated, and disgustingly dirty. The bathroom we didn’t even want to shower as felt less clean when got out. The bath mat was filthy, and bathroom floor was sticky. Kitchen cupboards inside were so dirty and none of the glasses/ dishes were clean. Toaster had dirty crumbs in it from previous tenants. There was a dirty towel outside hanging over the line. I normally leave somewhere we stay clean but I had no intentions on doing this on leaving as it was so bad when we got there. The was an awful musky cigarette smell in the property on arrival.

The place is close to Anfield stadium. Shops are also close

The host was brilliant in communicating with us all the way from booking to leaving. The apartment was clean. Toiletries and cooking essentials were all provided including tea bags and coffee. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

Some paper towels or a box of tissues could be provided in the kitchen or dining area.

Great location, close to Anfield, easy parking with parking permit provided. Easy to get a bus into the City.

Lounge gas fire not working, needed the extra heat to make it feel comfortable as it was a large room with just radiators. Bedrooms could benefit from a bedside light.

This little house is absolutely lovely.

Comfortable two-bedroom duplex apartment with a bathroom on the ground floor. It has the basic amenities for a few days in Liverpool. Close to a bus stop that will take you to the city center in 30 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.
