We loved this little apartment and the hostess was extremely communicative and helpful both before and during our stay. The apartment is located in a convenient area close to great restaurants and pleasant walking areas not to mention a quick trip to the airport for our departing flight.

The hostess Cristiana is exceptionally nice and helpful. The room is located very close to the marina, with great restaurants and view to the sea. It is only 15 min drive from the airport, yet we heard no flights whatsoever.

One of the easiest 10/10 ratings I've ever given. Beautiful old apartment with ornate 200 year old wooden ceilings and a nice little balcony. Our host Cristiana was wonderful and met us at the property to hand over the keys. She had plenty of local recommendations and made sure we were settled and had everything we needed including water, juice, yoghurts, tea, coffee and lots of Italian sweet snacks. We just stayed for one night before an early flight from FCO and Cristiana arranged a private transfer to the airport in the morning, which was fairly priced and showed up on time.

The water pressure was a little low for the rain shower, probably just due to the age of the building. The pressure for the hand held attachment was fine though.

Super pulito, meravigliosamente attrezzato, asciugamani ottimi, arredato e ristrutturato molto bene! Cristiana è disponibile e preparata ! Non so cosa si possa chiedere di più ! E’ un piacere essere ricevuti da chi fa questo mestiere con cognizione di causa ! Bravi!

Obviously the room keeper has some kind of perfectionism on the highest scale. Everything is clean and laid out on shelves in a perfect manner.

Taking shower is a big problem. Water pressure is low, and the water heater works only if you use only hot scorching water. If you reduce the temperature to normal 40° it shuts down and the water is freezing cold. So its either boiling hot or freezing cold.

La Dimora is perfectly located in the heart of Fiumicino. We were welcomed by two smiling, helpful hosts who immediately made us feel at home. The room was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with snacks, coffee, water, breakfast items, and fresh fruit. Although the area was lively when we arrived on a sunny Sunday, the room itself was surprisingly quiet and very cozy—even being close to the airport. You can step right outside and be in the middle of everything Fiumicino has to offer. We especially enjoyed taking a stroll down the pier. A wonderful place to stay before or after a flight.
