Good parking. Local amenities. Train station on door step. Spacious accommodation. Good value compared to other places I looked at . Milk tea coffee and snacks left in room also.

No central heating but electric radiators provided so not a major problem.

Location was very good and a few little treats were a nice touch, place was very clean and tidy

No central heating and not enough plug in radiators to warm the place fully, couldn’t get the TV to work properly, the signal was poor, also double bed could have been better positioned to allow access from both sides

It had good facilities and drinks/snacks

Kitchen and bathroom dated with paint peeling off, bedroom had damp patch.

Clean and comfortable place.Situated on a very good spot next to metro station to the city centre.Lots of necesities.Very quiet and peaceful.

There needs to be extra matress covers and pillowcases to change bed if somebody is staying for more than just a couple of days.And an extra blanket.That needs to change.

Location was absolutely brilliant for the races close to the rail link up to the course

Comfortable bed, pillow, lots of , storage in bedroom, great location steps from train, restaurants and pubs within walking, easy access to building. Owner very responsive. Nice fining area in the with big windows

Dated, bathroom floor needs to be repainted, window edges black and dirty looking, kitchen poorly supplied with utensils and containers for cooking, shag rug in living room is not so great
