"Great location fro catching a flight out of Rome or to visit the beach."

Breakfast was not that important to us. We were catching an early flight out of Rome. Location was great. Close to the airport. A 5 -10 minute Taxi ride. The place was spotless and the host was helpful and willing to provide any assistance required.

Can't think of anything to improve.

From the kindness of the hosts, to the sparkling clean apartment, to the perfect location right by the airport, to the very fair pricr, to the tiniest details - this was a perfect stay. If you need a place close to the airport look no further.

"Wonderful hosts - feels like home."

Iole and Gianfranco were wonderful hosts. They both were very gracious and proud of their well prepared property. The stay was exactly as described - spotlessly clean, quiet, relaxing. A continental breakfast was an added bonus. There are several markets nearby - easily within walking distance. Gianfranco was able to accommodate our travel needs by dropping my wife and myself off at FCO for a modest fee. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Super nice and professional couples, super clean property, very large room, large backyard, excellent paid drop-off service, pretty close to airport, feels like home!

Friendly people, had a pleasant night waiting for our Fiumicino airport connection. Would recommend even for longer stays, it has a beautiful backyard and rooms are pretty good. Regards
