Liverpool, Superb City Centre Apartment With Parking

Spacious , great location and great value for money

The location of the apartment is excellent and is within walking distance of all the attractions. The apartment is secure and the host has given clear instructions to make it easy to access. When we entered the apartment it was very spacious and we were surprised about how much space there was in the entrance hall and the bathroom was well presented with additional toiletries. Excellent heating through out making the apartment warm and cosy.

unfortunately when we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned and bedding changed. We did arrive early but for some reason the clean had not been actioned. This was not a problem as the host rectified this and a cleaner soon arrived at the property and changed the bedding and gave the apartment a brief clean. The parking permit that we were supplied had expired. In the apartment there is a patio door that can be opened but does not have a patio. This was not locking. I was concerned as we have a 2 year old child and this was dangerous as there is a gap that he could have got his body down. I spoke to the host about this who was very responsive, He did come and look at the lock the following day this was due to a safety lock at the top being left open. I feel that the apartment should be fully checked over before the next guest is staying. On our first evening we went to explore the Christmas lights around the albert dock area when we returned we wanted to set the sofa bed up for our son to sleep on. This was completely broken resulting in our son having to sleep on the sofa. My son sat on a chair at the dining table and this collapsed and gave way. The host did respond to messages but i feel that more care and attention needs to be given to maintain previous high standards that other guests have reported.

Getting in to the property through bin stores (this was a temporary measure)

The apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The host was very helpful and pleasant. Instructions were easy to follow and communication was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, cómodo, excelente ducha, bien equipado.

Tuvimos un percance al llegar con la limpieza y el orden del departamento, pero fue resuelto por el anfitrión.
