Liverpool, Superb City Centre Apartment With Parking

The apartment was clean and as the photos. It was 11.30pm when we arrived and apartment was very cold and took ages to heat up.

The road parking permit (not what we expected as parking), with the owners knowledge, had expired over a month previously but he did not tell us. We got a parking ticket then owner told us we could park 'securely' at a local car park (a 10 minute walk away- not convenient with a car full of work equipment). Our car was broken into overnight processions stolen and the owner wouldn't even answer our calls/messages- as two women stuck in an unknown city with a damaged car this was even more distressing. We investigated when we returned home to find the car park he sent us to is well known for break ins to vehicles and has terrible reviews. Terrible customer service. Turned into a VERY expensive stay and left us without a car for two weeks....

Stairs was a problem but access to lift was good.

The modern apartment was beautiful! With everything you would need. Security of apartment was excellent! Cleaniness and plenty of room as all rooms were spacious. Couch was modern. Communication with John was excellent! Bed very comfortable! Close to Mathew street/shops. Free parking outdoor apartment and able to see car. Loved our stay and few days in Liverpool. People are lovely! Defo going back and will be using the apartment again! :) Price was excellent too!

Great location, easy walking distance to town centre. Parking right outside with the permit. Very clean. Very comfortable sofa bed. Great instructions for how to get in, with pictures. Prompt responses to queries.

A bit difficult to find on arrival as the street goes around the corner. Especially if you arrive in the dark and have never been to Liverpool before. Maybe a few more pictures of the outside would be helpful.

Great central location. Everything you'd need was in the flat. Having parking was superb. Would certainly stay there again
