L'appartamento è spazioso e con tutto l'occorrente. È già la terza volta che alloggio qui proprio per la sua comodità e la gentilezza del proprietario. Il parcheggio privato è un altro aspetto molto positivo. Non è vicino al centro ma ci si può arrivare velocemente in macchina. Inoltre, ho preferito questo appartamento rispetto ad altri in centro proprio per la tranquillità e l'assenza di rumori da traffico urbano.

Many thanks to the owner for the warm welcome! A huge, cosy apartment. Lift to the top floor. Private parking is included in the price of the apartment, which is very rare in La Spezia. Usually, you have to leave your car on the road, and it's not always easy to find a space.

Good spacious apartment hosted by a very friendly owner. Private parking is very handy. Location was excellent for us.

The only comment would be the central heating that is operated for the entire building if I’m correct. At times it was quite chilly, especially with you children. All the rest was very good

The host is extremely responsive. Met me at the building with a short notice, and provided a lot of details (especially how to visit Cinque Terre by train). The apartment is spacious and clean, with great views of the area from the roof window in the living room.

The apartment has designated parking. But parking near downtown La Spezia was impossible to find. Should have gone straight to Europa Park. Also, should have called the restaurants to make a reservation before heading there.

The host was great, the apartment is spacious and well lit. All you need is there. Secured parking, good food recommendations! We felt truly welcome.

The flat is really Wide and impressively clean. The Kitchen is full equiped. There are different rooms and spacious area. The bathroom is enormous and every appliance works fantastic. There is enough place to dry clothes. The parking is behind the building and very secure and convinient. Francisco attention Was the best and recommendations where to park the car to go to cinqueterre were highly detailed. We didnt have to wait for him for the check in or check out, he was right on time. And he left us a bottle of fresh water at our arrival.
