"Cute apartment with fabulous location to restaurants, waterfront and train station!"

This apartment was in the PERFECT LOCATION- just outside of a great piazza where we enjoyed eating at our favorite pizza/pasta restaurant. It's also only a 5 minute walk from La Spezia Centrale train station and maybe 10-15 minute easy straight walk to the waterfront where we took ferry boats to explore Cinque Terre! The apartment is super cute and very modernly decorated. Everything was very clean with lots of towels wrapped adorably together with ribbon. There was even coffee and a few snacks left for us to enjoy which was a nice bonus. Just a lot of little touches to make the stay great! The owner was wonderful and checked in with us a couple days prior to give us all the details about the apartment. He was also incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend!!

Nothing that I can think of! This was truly one of our favorite places we stayed on our 3 week vacation! (I did wish there was an elevator, but it was only one flight of stairs so we managed. No fault of owner!)

"Amazing host, location and apartment."

Leo's home is in a fantastic location to the station, shops and an easy stroll to the harbour. The apartment was very tidy and clean. It has great amenities and loved the touches of the coffee machine etc. The communication from Leo was amazing, he made sure we arrived safely and checked in on us. Having the mini supermarket downstairs was also very handy.

The only downside was having the one toilet in the bathroom as we were a group of 6.

Location to train and bus stations was very close and convenient. Centre of town was also very close. Our host Leonardo was always in touch daily to make sure all our needs were being met. We requested extra coffee and dishwashing pods which were delivered within a few hours. We had an issue with pillows which was also corrected immediately.
