Удобное расположение : в 10 минутах ходьбы парк "Тиволи", в 20 минутах медленным шагом Старый город. В этом же доме пиццерия, через дорогу супермаркет.До остановки flixbus 15 минут медленным шагом.За домом приятный парк с большой детской площадкой. Предусмотрены все мелочи для путешественников : есть посуда, бытовая химия. Бытовая техника и мебель в идеальном состоянии.

Немного шумно от дороги под окном. Если бы окна были чище, это сделало бы впечатление об отеле идеальным.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ κοντά στην παλιά πόλη.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν βρωμικο. Η καθαριότητα που γίνεται είναι η απολύτως βασική. Ο χώρος κάτω από το κρεβάτι, τα φωτιστικά, το πάτωμα είναι βρώμικα. Οι πετσέτες τα σεντόνια και τα μαξιλάρια δεν μυρίζουν φρεσκάδα, δεν ξέρω καν αν ήταν πλυμενα. Να έχετε μαζί σας παντόφλες για να περπατάτε στο σπίτι. Επίσης η σκάλα του κτιρίου που οδηγεί στο διαμέρισμα έχει να καθαριστεί μηνες. Η συμπεριφορά του ιδιοκτήτη ήταν αντιεπαγγελματικη, είχε ένα πρόβλημα με το boiler του ζεστού νερού και δεν το επισκεύασε όσο ήταν άδειο το διαμέρισμα, αλλά ήρθαν όσο ήμουν εγώ μέσα δύο φορές τεχνικοί, τη δεύτερη φορά απλώς με ενημέρωσε ότι θα έρθουν στις 10.00 το πρωί για εργασίες αντικατάστασης του boiler. Εγώ δέχτηκα ώστε να έχω ζεστό νερό για μπάνιο, απλώς του ζήτησα μετά να καθαριστεί ο χώρος. Δεν μου απάντησε και δεν καθάρισε ποτέ, καθάρισα εγώ το μπάνιο από τις εργασίες που έγιναν, δεν μου ζήτησε συγνώμη για την αναστάτωση.

Location of the apt and easy access to the apt. Apt has a nice kitchenette and spacious fridge/freezer.

We couldn't find the hot water switch for shower. However, when I sent a message requesting it, the reply clearly showed the location of the power switch, but after we had checked out😊

The location of the apartment is very good. Centrally situated near a lot of places of interest.

Washing machine availability was one of the main reasons that we booked it. One was shown on the photos of the listing but none was available at the apartment. When I asked about it, apologies were offered but nothing further.

There is little sound proof from the busy road. The curtains don't keep out the light. There were 2 single duvets on the bed. The information described there being tea/coffee machine. There is no coffee machine. No body soap was provided. When I asked for this they brought washing up liquid. People have mentioned there being no body soap for months

The location of the apartment is perfect. Self check-in was fast and easy. The apartment has all facilities required for a short stay. It is confortable and cozy.
