In the heart of the Old Town VIP Apartment

THE PLACE

Very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and with private garden. Comfy mattress. Perfect location. Authentic. Huge bath in a basement. It looks better then in the photos and it is fair deal for the price.

Very cold apartment at this time of a year. There was only 1 portable oil radiator. There was no hot watter, we contacted owner 8pm owner vas polite and apologized for the trouble, nether the less watter was switchen on only next day 10am. So we had very very cold shower and we were unable to bath our kids after long trip. Owner did good job cleaning the mold we did not saw any mold mentioned in previous comments. Although apartmet was humid. And we were awakened few times at night, because of noice from bar downstairs.

Very cozy apartment in the old town. Loved our stay and definitely would choose this place again.

Moisture in the flat affected sleep, clothes were damp after 1 night. No microwave, noise from the pub visitors round the corner, we could not find connection to WiFi, no clear instructions about the key until we requested

Wonderful apartments in the very center of the city. There is a lot of space inside and there is also a patiio. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. Very close to the old pier and not far to the new pier to get to Neringa, Nida.

This very spacious rental was perfect for our group. With two full bedrooms including a living space and equipped kitchen, we were comfortable and felt at home. The property offered a nice courtyard to relax and there was street parking just outside the door. The host was responsive and helpful. You are only a few blocks from the main street with shopping, restaurants, and cafes.

The property is wonderful. Very clean and spacious, with gorgeous furnishings. Big bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. My husband and I slept in the main bedroom, which had a very comfortable bed. We put our 3 year-old and 11 month-old in the other bedroom (host provided a crib). Blackout shades were excellent. The patio area is a nice bonus. Great location. Parking is expensive but we were always able to find it on our block.

Host was so unhelpful. They never told me how to check in; after check-in time, I had to message them to ask how to get in (which at least was easy). I then asked about wifi, since no information was provided about that, either online or in the apartment, to which the host told me to check the router - not even telling me where the router was. It wasn't hard to find it, but come on. At least that response was also prompt. (However, the wifi did not work in our bedroom). Finally, we tried using the washer and could not for the life of us figure it out. It was plugged in but didn't seem to be on, and the dials didn't make sense to us. When I messaged the host, they only responded the next day - after we had already left - saying that it works "as it usually does" (I'm translating from Lithuanian - "kaip įprasta"). I've used plenty of European washers and been able to figure them out just fine. I used to be an Airbnb host myself and would be ashamed to treat guests like this. Also - parking is 14 euro/day in off-peak, but during peak season it's more (I don't remember now exactly how much). So the listing is potentially misleading. Basically, the place is really nice, and if you don't need help with anything you'll be fine. But if you think you might need assistance, I wouldn't count on it.
