Le parking privatif, la propreté, le confort, les attentions pour les hôtes, la climatisation, les recommandations, l'accueil chaleureux.

Pas d'aspirateur, un peu bruyant, pas de lumière tamisée ou de lampe de chevet dans la chambre et dans le salon.

Fabulosa estancia, 1 semana maravillosa. Zona perfecta para ir caminando hasta la estación central 15 minutos y poder disfrutar del 5 terre y Portovenere. Cocina estupenda muy completa (nos dejó desayuno variado para varios días) las habitaciones muy amplias y el apartamento muy fresquito y un lujo tener el 🅿️ privado solo para nosotros Lucia y su hija un amor . Recomendable 100% Volveremos seguro.

Never met such amazing owners. We arrived quite late to the La Spezia train station, and owners being aware of the fact that we were traveling with a baby, came with their car to pick us up from train station and drop us to the apartment. It’s a modern and chic apartment, well equipped, super neat and tidy! Bed linens and towels were provided. Rooms and kitchen are quite spacious. Kitchen had all necessary things including an electric kettle and coffee machine.

Shower space too small.

A great place for a getaway from crowds. Free secure parking was a great bonus.

The host is very welcoming and the apartment is well equipped with everything necessary. It has a private parking space in the backyard, which is a must in the area if you come by car. The Central Rail Station is 20 minutes by foot if you dont hurry. There is a bit of noise from the street in the morning, but not very disturbing.

Laura and her mother were very helpful and kind. They took enough time to guide us about sightseeing and gave good Tips regarding the food, City etc. The appartement is very clean,modern and equipped with all necessaties.Laura has kept all that can be useful during the trip e.g.washing machine, iron. They were nice and kept enough goodies for us which I really appreciate. I would recommend it to everyone. Will be here for sure again. Thank you Laura.🙏

20 mins walk to the train station and can be exhausted during sommer times but there is a bus stop near the appartement.
