The apartment was well located to visit La Spezia itself and for the train to Cinque Terre. The apartment was very clean, light and airy and very well equipped. The host had even stocked the fridge and provided breakfast croissants.

The location of the accommodation was very convenient for our group of four, as we were coming off a cruise. There were shops nearby and it was around 10 minutes to walk to the main shopping area of LaSpezia. The supplies provided for us far exceeded our expectations and a lot of careful thought had gone into their purchase. We all wished we were staying longer in this delightful apartment. Also could spend more time in this excellent accommodation and city.

There was nothing we did not like. A very considerate host, who even gave us a lift to the train station upon our departure. These things are remembered and appreciated.

Linda was extremely helpful with check in and arranging for our bags to be stored for the day after check out. The apartment is in a great location and has a very well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy too. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in La Spezia

Great Location, the host Linda was welcoming and friendly, and we could leave our bags early at the apartment. Lovely apartment with everything you need. Breakfast was included, which was appreciated.

It’s just perfect. A lot of space even for big families. AC. All the appliance you may need. Very silent place. Very clean. Location is also very good, close to La Spezia train station (best point to start Cinque Terre trip). Apartment owner was extremely helpful and nice person, who came earlier than us just to find us parking place by the house, and keep it for us. A nice breakfast was also left for us in the fridge.

Casa Federica was exactly what we wanted for a quick stop in La Spezia to visit Cinque Terra. 15 minutes walk from the ferry terminal or a 10 euro taxi to the railway station. Linda met us at the apartment and was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was abundant and set us on our way for Pisa. We found parking outside the building costing 8 euros till the following morning. The apartment was immaculate, very spacious, with good AC and everything you could need for your stay. Highly recommend.

Easy to get to by bus from train station. Well equipped and provided many breakfast options. Allowed us to check in early, very kind and accommodating.
