The location is excellent. The upper level apartment gives access to a roof sun lounge (terrazza) supported by water, basin, shower, lines to hang laundry and beach towels, a dining table under a canopy with power to connect an electric griddle, supplied, where you can cook your fish al fresco and outside the apartment. This is a great facility that adds value to the small kitchenette. There is central heating and air conditioning to support all seasons. If there is any minor issue the host is very responsive and very helpful.

Rather than not liking anything about the property it is a warning for those who may be struggling on narrow steps due to the upper level apartment being over two levels.

Very friendly and helpful host, great location (5 min. to the beach, easy access to restaurants and shops). Very clean, good wifi.

For someone with disability issues, the stairs going down into the apartment could be challenging. I was OK, but maybe not for everyone.
