The Maze Apartment

Op 20 minuten lopen van het centrum en ook nog met gratis parkeren. Verder een vrij simpel appartement, klein beetje verouderd, maar wel gewoon prima. Deed wat het moest doen. Het complex is overigens wel echt een doolhof trouwens (zowel met de auto als te voet).

Appartement is tikje verouderd, meubels zijn wat beschadigd.

Its a dirty basement in a rough old building

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage, es ist wirklich sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für eine Nacht eine super Unterkunft.

Nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, abends kein Personal um nach mehr fragen, das Bad scheint in die Jahre gekommen zu sein.

The location, the apartment was well equipped

The apartment was marketed as ground floor but it was actually a basement apartment so it got damp and felt mouldy . The drain in the bathroom got clogged pretty fast by day 3-4 ,after washing our hair once and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The air conditioner is extremely loud and did not seam to be enough for the studio .

Buona posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e con facile possibilità di parcheggio. La stanza era di dimensioni modeste, luminosa e struttura nuova all'interno di un vecchio edificio destinato alla produzione di tabacco. Il bagno era pulito e dotato di una buona doccia.

La stanza era modesta in dimensione e dava con una finestra sull'uscio d'ingresso alla struttura, di conseguenza quando un altro ospite entrava, il sonno veniva interrotto dai rumori di quest'ultimo. La stanza non era buia a sufficienza di notte e tutto sommato era abbastanza piccola. Il prezzo non troppo economico. La cucina non era sufficientemente attrezzata, nonostante dotata dello stretto necessario per cucinare.

Lage war super, schnell im Zentrum. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Ausstattung der Küche war gut - haben wir aber nicht gebraucht.

Sehr schmutzig, Schimmel im Badezimmer an Dusche und Wand/Decke. Geruch war abnormal - richtig stickig und beklemmend und ging auch nach stundenlangem lüften nicht weg. Extrem durchlässige Wände, man hört Gespräche der anderen Zimmer - und wenn man dann neben Party Menschen das Zimmer hat - werden es leider sehr, sehr unruhige Nächte/Morgenstunden. Da es keine Rezeption gibt, kann man das halt auch nirgens melden.
