The host was very helpful and answered quickly. We got the keys in a safebox. The flat was clean and quiet. You can easily walk to the city center (20min) or trainstation (15min).

There is no wifi in the flat. There is no kettle for the tea, only a coffee machine. There is no kitchen equipement such as paper towels or aluminium foil if you want to pack sandwiches. There is no shower gel & shampoo.

Close to train station, everything was fine. We had a good stay.

Kitchen could be equipped a bit better

We only stayed here for the night but it was great location to walk around the city and visit Cinque Terre. The owner was very nice and flexible about check in and check out. He helped us also with tips on where to eat and what to do around the city.

Location was good.

Would have been much more comfortable with air conditioning or a bigger fan. Shower did not have hot water and the stay also would have improved with wi fi.

Very nice and helpful hosts, recommended many nice places in la spezia and cinque terre. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessities Comfortable bed, towels are provided as well. Would recommend it for anyone going to la spezia or cinque terre

The apartment is located in the 3rd floor without a lift, also close to the passing trains so expect to hear it from time to time. Nothing bad but good to know for fellow travelers.

The hosts seemed nice for the 5 minutes I met them, although it was hard to communicate due to the language barrier, we also appreciated the early check in 😊 The apartment is a 15 min walk from the station which is helpful for the cinque Terre

I knew the apartment was going to be basic, but it was lacking basic amenities. - the apartment does not have wifi - The shower was completely broken and really hard to use because of this, with water spraying everywhere and even making the paint chip and fall from the ceiling. - the kitchen facilities are old and dated, with broken china and cutlery and no kettle or toaster available. - the apartment was dated with loose wood paneling and not particularly clean
