Spacieux, propre, et hauteur de plafond. Le hôte prépare déjà une carte mensuelle, donc on n’a pas besoin de payer le parking. Le hôte est très gentil, donne des bons conseils de visite.

Si il y a une lave vaisselle, un couteau de cuisine et une planche à découper, ça serait mieux.

Appartement très propre et spacieux. Très bon accueil de l'hôtel avec de bons conseils Très bon restaurant pizzeria a proximité Rue Très trop passante de nuit nous avons été réveillés par des gens qui crient, bruit de scooters voitures.... Le parking est dans la rue et l'hôtel nous donne un ticket de gratuité. Comptez 20 a 30 min de marche pour vous rendre sur le port et accéder aux bateaux pour les 5 terres qui sont belles aussi a voir en bateaux privés (env 60€ / pers) cela vaut le coup pour une durée de 8 hrs avec guide en français.

Passages bruyants dans la rue la nuit. L'hôtel nous assure que cela n'arrive pas d'habitude et il n'y est pour rien nous l'avons rassuré sur ce point.

Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Cucina abbastanza attrezzata. Molto spazioso per essere un monolocale. Bagno enorme. Molto vicino alla stazione quindi comodissimo per girare le 5 terre senza spostare la macchina da La Spezia. Parcheggio compreso.

Die Lage der Wohnung war im Parterre. Die sehr große Wohnung ist loftartig umgebaut worden. Wahrscheinlich war es früher ein Geschäftslokal, Lager oder ähnliches. Es gibt keine getrennten Zimmer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Mülltrennung möglich, Kühlschrank). Das ist alles top. Auch das Badezimmer war modern eingrichtet mit einer super Dusche. In der Nähe befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, wo man alles an Lebensmittel und noch vieles mehr bekommt. Beim Einchecken, dass sehr schnell ging bekamen wir auch für unser Auto eine Parkkarte. Der Vermieter war beim Ein- und Auschecken super pünktlich und hat uns die Wohnung und Gegebenheiten schnell und einfach erklärt. Ein Parkplatz fast direkt vor der Wohnung war dann frei, so dass die Wege mit dem Gepäck sehr kurz waren. Zum Bahnhof waren es ca. 10 Gehminuten; somit ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Cinque Terre Tour mit dem Zug zu machen. Zum Hafen war ca. eine halbe Stunde Gehzeit

Leider war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Von außen hörte man den Verkehr bzw. auch im ersten Stock war es in einer Nacht sehr laut (Gepolter).

The apartment was very clean and tidy! Location was perfect. We could walk everywhere we needed to. Host was very friendly, timely and communicative! Loved everything about this place!!

Very good location, 5 minutes to the train station, walking distance. The owner waits for us, already preparing tickets for parking. Very kind and responsive, committed for all questions. He prepared all materials for Cinque terre visits. Recommend! The apartment is on the ground floor, big and comfortable for a family of 4, enough space. Nice and clean bathroom and shower space.
