Det ligger i ett lugnt område. Det var ombonat och kändes lyxigt. Väldigt fin lägenhet. Fint med två balkonger i olika väderstreck. Bra med två välutrustade badrum. Väldigt hjälpsam värd.

Just nu kunde enbart den ena balkongen utnyttjas.

Apartment was very spacious. Having two bathrooms was a bonus for two travelling females. We like having an outdoor clothes line for our hand washing. A washing machine and dishwasher were available although we didn't use either. Location was excellent, close to supermarket, walking distance to the train station, shopping area and port. Host was quick to respond to queries and provided some great information on restaurants, things to see, places to visit, etc.

The beds weren't made up with duvets and blankets, just a sheet and a light cotton cover which was insufficient for October. We found the additional bedding in cupboards after our first night.

The size and location of the property

In advance of our visit .that was in May this year we were not visiting until late September we were told that there was works ongoing to the facade of the building but it no way described the magnitude of the works and the duration of the project.Each morning we were awoken to the sound of pneumatic drills and hammering ,the front balcony was inaccessible due to the refurbishment works for the duration of our stay ie 6 nights ,We opted to kept the shutters and curtains closed to reduce the noise levels , that was disappointing as the property highlighted that they had a sea view and when were were there the weather was pleasant enough to be able to sit outdoors if circumstances had permitted , however this was impossible, As a compensation for our inconvenience we were offered 50 euro discount which was equivalent to the city tax due for the four number of persons staying for the duration of our booking

Apartament ampli amb 2 banys i 2 habitacions perfecte per a 4 persones. Molt aprop del port, on surten els vaixells cap a les Cinque Terre

Deixant de banda el tema de la obra de la façana (per nosaltres hauria d'estar posat a la descripció actual de l'apartament, no dins dels comentaris del propietari, com un petit detall), falten coses per fer la estada més còmoda. Només podien obrir les finestres posteriors per ventilar, per no omplir la casa de pols. Per 4 dies només disposàvem de 2 tovalloles de bany i 2 de mans per 4 persones. Una sola tovallola de terra pels 2 banys per sortir de la dutxa. Pocs coberts, plats, gots el que obligava a posar rentavaixelles mig buits o rentar a ma. Coixins dels sofàs molt gastats pel pas del temps Llums de la pica del segon bany que no funcionaven. Segur que l''apartament era meravellós fa uns anys, però necessita alguna millora, igual que la façana

The apartment was spacious and clean. There were brochures, maps and cards for restaurants in the apartment. The location was just 3 blocks from the boardwalk along the sea. Buses and ferries were within easy walking distance. The Basko grocery store was just around the corner. An elevator for 2 plus small luggage was great to get up and down to the 3rd floor.

We had a few difficulties getting some appliances to work. Rosalba and Lorenzo were very responsive and helped us out. The beds are very narrow. Even with 2 together for a double bed, the connection between the 2 is quite hard. Perhaps a piece of foam overtop both would be helpful.

Tutto un puo vecchiotto, Doccia indasata,frigorifero che non raffredda dovuto pulirlo, sanitari vecchi , cassetta del scarico wc scarica poca acqua, i più lavori esterni della facciata con finestre moto sporche.
