Lake Como is very beautiful! Come visit.

We requested a late check-in and were asked to pay €40 for this service. Normally, that’s understandable — the payment assumes that the host will be available late at night to hand over the keys and assist in case of any unexpected issues. However, in reality, the keys were left in a lockbox, and there were plenty of problems, but the host was unreachable until morning. There was a thunderstorm, we were cold and soaked, and the power went out in the apartment (we were only told where the circuit breakers were in the morning). There was no hot water, we couldn’t use the stove, the refrigerator didn’t work, there was no internet, and we couldn’t charge our phones. For four people, there were only two small blankets — impossible to get warm under them. We messaged the host that we wouldn’t pay the €40 late check-in fee, as we were provided with no comfort whatsoever and the night was a nightmare. We did leave payment for the city tax and were even ready not to leave a bad review to avoid hurting her rating. But instead of an apology, the host sent us a three-kilometer-long message blaming us, saying that if we wanted four blankets, we should have booked a place with four separate beds, and that since we were in Italy, we were expected to share one blanket per bed. She also accused us of all sorts of nonsense and even opened a dispute on Facebook demanding the €40 back. This was the worst service in all 41 countries I’ve visited — hundreds of cities and thousands of hotels. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Convenient appartment in a charming village. Great spot to stay while exploring como lake.

Everything was great

Die Lage ist super, zentral und ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Parken war im Oktober kein Problem.
