The location of the apartment was great! On a quiet street, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and a small shopping center. There were also many restaurants nearby. The balcony was big and really wonderful.

We couldn't get the oven to work and there was no microwave. So the gas stove was our only way to heat anything. There was an air conditioner in the second bedroom, but that didn't work either. The toilet door didn't open properly, caught on the floor.

Parking

The apartment is non-reflective, we received dirty bed linen with stains, the furniture is very old, it is a complete apartment that needs to be renovated. The pictures on the booking are not adequate. The apartment has two rooms, one is a bedroom and there is a room for children with two separate children's beds, the beds are not for adults. The living room is different from the pictures on booking. the kitchen elements are old, the terrace from the living room is on the side and looks into the house, there are a lot of unnecessary and old things on the terrace. The bathroom is old, the shower cabin is narrow, and the owner has not found a suitable way to change the toilet seat, which is falling apart and is very unhygienic. The shutters have not been wiped for 5 years, they are full of dust and crooked so they hardly close, the chandelier is broken, there is a hole with wires above the TV and some papers pushed into the wall. By the kitchen there is a cable that goes along the wall to the kitchen and it is very unsafe. we had bins so small that they could fit only two bottles, and they weren't even marked as to which kind of garbage it was for, so we had to put it in bags. For everything that I wrote, I also approach phytography.

Communication was very good. We wanted some ckeaning staff and they brought immediately. Silent area.

The location ia not too near ro the center. By walking it is difficult to go.

It is a nice big apartment with a separate lounge areas and two bedrooms and two terraces. It was a very good space to relax

The air conditioning was only in the main bedroom and was not functioning well. We could only use it for about half hour before it started dripping water. At night, it was very hot. He had to leave the doors open and there were a lot of mosquitoes. My son got very bitten. We had to buy plug in bug repellent.

Nice, well equipped apartment, good outdoor spaces, parking easy in front of the property, and check in was easy. Apartment clean and comfortable, with everything we needed.

Very nice and cosy appartment, fully equipped (without a dishwasher, but the dishes were "manageble by hands"), there are: a washing machine, a fridge, sorted waste bins, air-condition in one bedroom, two terraces. The appartment located at an appartment house with other 8 appartments with local people, no so far from a local beach. 15-20 min on foot to train station (and 20 min to ROMA S.Pietro station, 45 min to ROMA Termini)

Nothing special, everything was ok. We did not know which appartment is the right one, I was funny ... (no mark).

Close to the beach Private parking

No pods for coffee machine, not a big deal as there was ground coffee and stovetop espresso kettle.
