clare was very helpful and friendly. location was just amazing we loved it.

the Kitchen cutlery was not very clean. and tv wasn’t working.

Accommodation is beautifully decorated and furnished. Beautiful wooden doors, stunning light fittings, carefully chosen accessories and quirky bespoke elements. we loved it! Very welcoming and warm. Had everything we needed . Lovely welcome from Claire. Milk tea bags and coffee here, plus a little note with some cakes 😊 I took Mum to Botanical Gardens of Wales yesterday and we spent a night here as a belated Mother’s Day treat. she loved it here! Beds were so comfy and bedding smelt lovely! Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Very peaceful. Definitely recommend 😊

Beautiful place and surroundings

sadly i think it had been shut up for a while and it was a little grubby i had to wash all the plate s and cooking dishes before using they the grill was full of grease and i had to clean the oven the place mat were covered in mould the shower didnt work

Just the location is nice … very relaxing…

the staff: Never answered our phone calls , Tried 11 times , (it was ringing /not out of signal at all) to let them know we have additional visitors and to pay extra. Instead they text me back after long silence with unkind messages… they charged 4 months old baby and 2 year old baby at adult rate…we don’t mind paying the infants.. no problem… but the problem is the attitude of person who runs the place….Ruined our weekend…Hope this will not happen to others …

Clare was a lovely host, she met us upon arrival and had treats for the kids in the freezer (it was a very hot day!) and also supplied us with a surprise box of fresh towels and treats for the kids mid-week. The kitchen was well equipped and like others have mentioned, the games box was appreciated. Other little thoughtful touches were books that the kids could read, and also a picnic mat that came in handy.

Beds were a little on the soft side (but could just be us!) and stairs up to the property might be tricky for those with mobility needs (although we were fine)
