"Comfortable and well located"

It was cosy and clean with books ect in case you didn't want to watch TV. Short drive to the beach with stunning views of the mountains and sea.

Quite location

Lots of things required attention, mould on bathroom shower, and crack on shower cubicle.mattress sunk in the middle of the bed NEEDS REPLACING .kitchen cupboards require a deep clean and bedroom furniture very outdated . Lots of old unnecessary ornaments around that’s gathering dust . PLASTIC FLOWERS ABSOLUTELY NO NO , dust gathering! . To be asked to strip the bed and vacuum up after ourselves ? That’s why you have cleaners for !

Stunning go room, clean, warm and comfy bed, fantastic view! Outstanding, wish I was staying longer

Forgot to bring shower gel, there was a shampoo in the bathroom, a body wash would have been great as well

"A gem of a place"

Can't believe we have only just discovered this gem of a place! Peaceful and amazing views from the rooms across to the sea! Clean, very well equipped, fantastic waterfall shower as well as an ordinary one, really comfortable bed! Very easy to check in. Some really nice walks from the building as well - especially with our dog as well. You could walk to the prom or literally 2 mins in the car. This place is a fab way to be 'in Llandudno ' and be close enough to the action but also be away from it!

Absolutely nothing!
