La tranquilidad de su ubicación. El jardín exterior.

El espacio destinado a sala/comedor es correcto, pero, en caso de tener que permanecer más tiempo dentro (por climatología, por ejemplo) y para un grupo grande de ocupantes, se queda un poco escaso... Pero es la única pega...
