having read all the previous reviews, I have to agree, this is a perfect apartment to getaway and relax. Everything you need is there to make it enjoyable. The hosts are brilliant, everything is explained and they are very accommodating. The apartment is very modern and functional. (wouldn't change anything) thank you Patrick and Christine, you should be proud of high standard you set for other hosts

Absolut neuwertiges Apartment in ruhiger Lage, zu Fuß ca. 6 Minuten vom Mar Menor entfernt. Patrick ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, er war stets gut erreichbar und mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Stelle. Danke für den tollen Support.

De rustige omgeving en het balkon van het appartement. Ook de parkeermogelijkheid.

Blijkbaar was er een probleem met de geurhinder (riolering). De eigenaar zelf kon er niets aan doen!

Sijainti oli rauhallinen ja lähellä rantaa. Kaupungin keskusta jäi näkemättä.

Location well designed and well equipped

Unfortunately occasionally you got a bad smell from drains

We made out own breakfast, usually cereal from Lidl with chocolate milk and sometimes a yoghurt. I sometimes finished off the previous evening's meal (pizza, chinese takeaway, curry). My wife enjoyed fruit. I could easily walk to all the local beaches, shops, bars and restaurants (1km to the beach/port, 2km to the mud baths, half a kilometer to the local bars, restaurants and shops), but my wife has mobility problems and struggled with any distance.

We discussed a problem with dogs barking with the hosts. They are aware of it and (together with their neighbours) are trying to eradicate the problem.

Fabulous property our 2nd time staying there everything you need/want and more is there Patrick and Christine are the perfect hosts a really lovely couple we never needed to contact them for anything but they were there awaiting our arrival and also to say goodbye when we left we would definitely recommend staying at this appt 100%
