"Very disappointed by host not taking care of our bags as requested."

Our stay was fine. However, the host did not make a reservation for our bags to be picked up and forwarded to our next stop walking the Camino trail. I had to hire a taxi for 40 euros to get our bags delivered. We did exactly what the host said to do and she did not do her part.

There are free washing machines, dryers and small induction stoves, which we can use at our leisure. The room is spacious and comfortable.

We live on the first floor and the footsteps upstairs are very loud, which is quite uncomfortable. There are also two flies that we can't get rid of.
