One of the most lovely appartment ❤️ So kind and helpfull owner 👌 Parking 5 min from the accomodation. Also great location in amazing L'Aquila center which has been destroyed by earthquake in 2009.. 😒 but more tourists for this location to update this beautiful city! 🫶

Free street parking nearby, but very congested. L'Aquila's narrow streets, construction sites and one-way system are a challenge !

Excellent apartment in the historical center. Very clean and spacious. Excellent hot shower. Wonderful little terrace to enjoy an evening drink before dinner.

Everything was wonderful. And after visiting the hotels in the center of Rome, there was a feeling that we had finally entered civilization. Everything is convenient, everything is there. You can come in and live. The most equipped apartment for living of any apartment we have ever lived in. The owner of the apartment always answered all questions and left nothing unattended.

The location is close to the center

I had filtered for parking in booking.com, but there was none. To park in the streets around the appartement you would need a permit. There was parking in 8 min walking, but we still do not know, if there would also a permit needed. Therefor availability of parking is simply a lie. No coat hangers, not place to hang up the towels, boiler not properly adjusted (you smell the gas), fan in the bathroom broken, if you shower it is impossible to avoid a wet floor. If you do not open the windows after showering in less than 2h you get a mould smell. The apartment was clean, expect two pillows with hair and mould stains on them on the bed
