It was only 15 mins walk to the Medina and Les Jardins Majorelle was on our doorstep. There was a good sized supermarket close by which stayed open until 10:00pm. The apartment was well equipped. The bathroom contained a wet room which was great and there was an ample supply of towels. The area was super quiet and there was a small grove of trees and shrubbery just outside our balconies and bedroom window. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was nice to hear the birdsong on waking up when the windows were open.

The kitchen had non stock frying pans and saucepans but there was no spatula. Just a ladle and pasta scooper (both plastic but useless for turning out a fried egg!). There weren't many restaurants in the area but after the excellent street food we had during the day, we didn't miss them and could always snack in the apartment anyway.
