"Tense and frustrating."

After multiple phone calls and negotiations with the on-site management company,and the absent owner,on the second day of our stay we were moved to the room as shown on booking.com that we had paid for. Initially we were put in a room with broken and missing furniture. The window blind was not functioning. Dirty laundry had been left in the room. This inconvenience caused us to alter our plans for two days of our vacation.

"New flat development in the heart of Gueliz - safest area in Marrakech"

Pros: 1) Conveniently located in the heart of Gueliz next to all the bars, restaurants and Carre Eden mall 2) Newly furnished development with high speed wifi perfect for working remotely 3) Very cleanly with 24/7 security as well as a washing machine, kitchen amenities and a 55 inch Samsung LED TV. 4) Huge balcony with plenty of room to hang wet laundry

Only letdown was that no prior notice or communication was sent concerning staff that would attempt to enter the property at 10am on the day of check out (which is at noon) to ask for city tax payment. A little advanced notice would have sufficed.

"short but sweet trip, amazing"

the apartment is very modern with all the facilities you would need. The location is great and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating as I had a late flight in they communicated with me and ensured someone would be available outwith checking in times. Great apartment, would recommend!

the chairs on the balcony were a little broken (could still sit but not completely comfortable)

It is a good place to stay. I had no issues at all and was quiet at night. Apartment was very spacious and very clean. Host was polite and friendly. I would recommend staying here and I'll be staying again soon
