Appartement tout confort avec possibilité transport aeroport

A nice, clean and modern apartment close to Medina. Grocery and food shops are closeby. some major sightseeing places are a 15 minutes walk away. A family friendly place.

There nothing too much not to be liked. I would say a couple of instructions leaflets on some nearby places and restaurants will make guests and vacationers more comfortable

Great location - only 25 mins walk to the medina. Relatively quiet (but see below about the neighbouring apartment), very spacious, has 2 bathrooms for each bedroom, very secure, has allocated underground parking

The biggest question mark is the questionable cleanliness standards. I am an Airbnb host in Scotland myself and the prices are comparable but the standards are NOT! The standard of bedding - almost all the pillows were old and had deep yellow stains because of facial sweat, skin grease and other body fluids. Absolutely disgusting! Pillow cases were also old and reaped in parts. Other bedding items were also of considerable age and mismatched from different sets. As one reviewer has already noted, the mattresses were very soft and if two people were on a bed - they rolled to each other due to sagging. There were some stinking dirty cloth pieces instead of kitchen sponges. One piece of cloth turned out to be an old pillow case. The bottom line - I hate to think how the apartment cleaner went about doing her job if she is Ok with the above points. The washing machine was unusable due to broken latch. The gas/electric hob did not work. Frying pan was lacking, overall kitchen equipment was very basic. The neighbours at apartment #12 were very noisy and disrespectful towards others. They could easily turn on loud music at 5 am - happened on 2 nights (out of 4). I could go on - but other points are relatively minor compared to the listed ones. The bottom line is that it would not cost that much to make constant investments in proper bed linen/equipment/cleaning. But for whatever reason the owner chose not to bother. And this is a big disappointment because otherwise the apartment had all the potential to be five stars.

Beautiful and cleaned place, very nice to spend a few days in holidays.

Is not far but it is not near either of the main square of Jemma el-fna, is outside the medina.

Washing machine, and lift is heaven. aircond also is provided.

not enough towel, internet so slow, owner only speak french, tv is not working normally. careful with the water flow in the bathroom.

Nice area only about 25 minutes walk to Djema Al Fena and old mediina. The apartment is in a quiet block and is modern and well equipped. Supermarket and a lovely restaurant are right across the street. The manager Yacine is very friendly and helpful. We were staying for 10 days but travelling light (EasyJet 😖)so needed some extras things in the flat which Yacine promptly bought for us and dropped off. He is super helpful.

The old annoying thing was that flat could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Just needed a good dusting and wiping down.
