Lovely 2-bedroom appartement

Bel appartement, Les matelas sont confortables, le linge de lit était propre et sentait encore la lessive signe qu'ils ont bien été lavés. Le sol était propre on a enlevé nos chaussures dans l'appart la fraîcheur du carrelage top par forte chaleur. Y a la clim au salon, et ventilateur dans la chambre principale ce qui suffit à condition de ne pas faire l'erreur d'ouvrir les fenêtres en plein mois de juillet. Tout le nécessaire des équipements cuisine étaient là et fonctionnels. Le parking sous terrain avec concierge un vrai plus 👍 Et surtout les explications données par WhatsApp en pdf , de la part du propriétaire Mohammed était très clairs et détaillées on a trouvé l'appartement facilement. Entrée sortie en toute autonomie avec boîte à clés très pratique. Et les commodités à proximité un vrai plus, épicerie, resto on pouvait tout faire à pied. Je recommande 👍 pour un prochain voyage je n'hésiterais pas. Merci

RAS, mais juste un détail il manquait un petit étendoir à linge pour les serviettes et petits linges. Et le tuyau du pommeau de douche serait à changer 😉. Sinon rien à dire, appart idéal.

The location is 20-30 minutes away from the Medina if you take the bus. There are carryfour nearby and food, tea places. The place is very spacious and host was responding quickly.

It was not clean, not even close to what you would expect in apartment in Europe. The hallway smells pretty bad, apartment is not too bad but is also smelly. When we arrived, some towels were not changed. Overall cleanliness was not great. Kitchen had everything needed but sponge and kitchen towels were used and pretty old. Bed sheets were also smelly.

The host was very helpful during check in. The apartment was spacious and 11 min driving distance to the airport. Happy with everything.

My husband and his friends stayed here. They were very happy about everything, especially the parking opportunity.

It is exactly as pictured. We wanted a no-frills place to stay for one short night on our way through to Marrakech airport. It would also be a grand spot for a group of students or young people who want basic accom for a Marrakech trip. We brought our baby (9 months old) and she loved being able to crawl around without any dirt or danger in the whole place. As previous reviews say, Mohamed is very good at communicating, and offered to be there for check-in if needed. We opted for self check-in and it was all as described and relatively easy to find. All in all, I'd be very happy to return here for a night or two next time I needed somewhere basic in the city. For future travelers (extra info about arriving at the property): We got the train into the station, a short taxi to the place (40 Dhs, though they of course try to charge extortionately more), and then a short taxi to the airport in the morning (45 Dhs, though again taxis will try and tell you its a 120 Dh set price - we booked on Careem App and got lower). The side gate (closest to the apartment) is locked at night and you need to use the main gate - the security man was very helpful. It is all walkable, if you don't mind 30min walk from station/town in the heat, but we'd a baby and luggage.

Only minor things! For the price, you will never be expecting the things other properties give you, like snacks or any extras. The Air Con was also not functioning (or not obviously so), but we didn't need it as it was only 27 degrees, so I didn't spend too long changing batteries in the controller or seeing what was wrong. The place was so immaculately clean that it rather smelt of cleaning products all over the place, but we'd rather that than a dirty place! Having said that, there was still the odd cockroach around (through no fault of the owner - one came in under the front door just before we were leaving, and there was evidence of others previously in the place). There is minor noise from the family-friendly courtyard and other apartments throughout the evening, but nothing that my baby/wife could not sleep through (and she's a fairly light sleeper).
