"Beautiful flat close to Marzamemi center"

The flat had 2 big rooms and a lot of light. The terrace on the upper floor is amaxing.

A beautiful place to stay in Marzamemi. It's cozy, comfortable and has a fully equipped kitchen. Amazing view and the veranda is spacious and conformable.

I suggest changing the boiler from electric to gas. Hot water can finish if 4 people take a shower consequently.

"Superb"

Spacious and very comfortable apartment very close to the center. We didn't really use the terrace (the weather was cold enough for that), however we can appreciate its comfort other than in winter. Practically equipped kitchen - everything is in place for comfortable cooking. Friendly and helpful hostess!

The location was perfect, although not directly on the beach as the photos implied. Quiet side street with ocean views...a couple local restaurants and easy walking to the main part of Marzememi. The house/views were spectacular as well as the overall townhouse. Better than spectacular was the deck on the top floor near the kitchen and with a grill outside....perfect for an evening drink and a steak/grilled fish!

A bit hard to find...lots of nearby apartments that have similar entrances. The electrical system required a key...later learned it was on the keyring...just needed notification/directions.

It is not on the sea front. It has buildings blocking the sea view from the terrace.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Ideal for longer stays and family trips. Terrace is amazing and well connected to the kitchen, so we spent there 99% of time (except sleeping). Private parking place was very valuable becasuse of many turists comming by cars just for one day / evening visit to Marzamemi. Location is very close to center of Marzamemi and basic utilities as supermarket, coffee place, mix shop are few meters far. Personel related to the apartment was very friendly and providing hig level of willingness to help us with any our requests or when we needed some advice.. In general our experience from complex point of view is excelent!.
