No tenía gas y hable para que me lo cambiaron y duraron todo el dia para atenderme al igual que el boiler no quería prender y no teníamos agua caliente... de ahi en fuera todo bien

Lots of bathrooms and a good place for a family vacation when you want to all stay in one location. Appliances were good and had new washer/dryer. Friendly housekeeper came by during our stay and hooked us up with extra TP, garage bags and paper towels. We had to buy some prior to her giving us extra.

No filtered water, which I come to expect in Mexico, but they should let tenants know-I sent a message a week before our arrival asking a few questions and never got an answer. I had to contact 2 times to get hot water working, not a game changer, but annoying. We got locked out by the gate at 1am coming back from an event on a Saturday night and took almost an hour to finally get in the complex: Guard had fallen asleep in the break room. No coffeemaker, luckily my relative had an extra we could borrow and ordered us large bottles of water for coffee, cooking, brushing teeth etc, so just a few things to be aware of and your stay will be good.
