Location.

The unit looks nice on the exterior., upon entering, there was a smell of urine (perhaps the owners have small children or dogs). It was so bad, that we had to leave shortly after arriving, to purchase air freshener to spray the unit, especially the cushions and couches...... also had to spread towels on the couches, to prevent the smell from getting into our clothes. . There was noise from the unit above at 5 am every morning, with dragging of chairs and walking around. Additionally, there was loud music, all weekend (until 3 am) coming from the neighborhood (some sort of celebration). The pictures of the unit are misleading; it looks nice, but it appears to have been furnished by a college student who spent the bare minimum . Netflix was no longer available after three days.
