Sunset View Malecón 1402 Vista panoramica al mar

Great location and ocean view. The pool was heated and building had other nice amenities (steam room, gym, 24 hour security). We loved the location for easy walking into El Centro for meals and along the malecon. Also very easy to get up to the Golden Zone via bus or taxi. The unit manager was quick to provide some missing essentials we requested on day 1, including pool and kitchen towels and extra pillows.

There is a lot of street noise. Any properties on the malecon would have this issue though. Pack ear plugs! Patio could also use some comfier furniture.

El colchón de la recámara principal es extremadamente viejo se sienten los resortes no tiene nada de colchoneta ya! Enserio que les daría un 10 en general porque el condominio es mi favorito me encanta todo pero si cambiaran su colchón fuera estupendamente pero la vdd pésimo que dormí todos los días Y ni cómo irme a la sala tampoco es cómoda

The apartment was clean, the pool was amazing and the location was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The host was friendly and quick to communicate with us, they also allowed us a later checkout which was super helpful!

The apartment itself was beautiful but it was lacking basic necessities like face cloths, pool towels and some kitchen wares. It had everything we needed to get by but the kitchen stuff was particularly lacking. For longer stays, we would need to buy a bunch of things.

Amazing view. Good kitchen. Great location on the Malecón

No toaster. No kitchen cloth or dish towel. Lots of street noise. Front of building inaccessible using phone qrcode in the afternoon when direct sun on scanner. Nice place overall. It just felt like it wasn’t fully setup for longer term tenants who want to cook

the master shower was dirty,water didn’t go down until we used the plunger.
